Delete Your do.jo Account

We're sorry to see you go.

You have full control over your do.jo account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest way:

Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

If you can't access the app, email us from the address tied to your account:

Subject: Delete My Account
Include: The email address tied to your do.jo account.

We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been removed.

This information is stripped of any personally identifying details where possible.

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account will not automatically cancel it. Please cancel your subscription separately:

iOS users: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → do.jo → Cancel
Android users: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → do.jo → Cancel
Web users: Email hello@dojo.expert with subject "Cancel Subscription"
